We're a small Aussie team obsessed with the kind of cooking that makes a weeknight feel like an occasion. A crispy skin piece of barra. A smash burger with edges like lace. A rib fillet with a proper crust. The stuff you actually want to eat, and the stuff your mates keep asking you to cook again.

The trouble was, the tools we wanted didn't really exist here. At least not at the quality we were after. Imported fish weights that rusted after a season. Cheap presses that warped on high heat. Flimsy gear that felt like a cop out before the first cook. So we rolled up our sleeves and set out to make our own.

What we stand for

Australian designed. Every product in the range is drawn up here, refined through real cooking (not spec sheets), and built to handle the way Aussies actually cook. High heat, backyard bbqs, a bit of rough treatment, and a lot of love.

Premium quality. We use serious materials and finishes because kitchen tools should feel good in the hand and last longer than the trend they were made in. Our fish weights are the kind you'll hand down, not throw out.

Built to last. No fiddly bits. No plastic where there shouldn't be. No "new improved version" next season. The goal is simple. Make something once, make it properly, and make it so you never have to buy another one.

Why we do it

We're not a huge brand, and that's on purpose. Every product we release is one we actually use ourselves. If it doesn't earn a permanent spot on our own benches, it doesn't make it into the range. That keeps the catalogue tight and the standard high.

Whether you're pan searing snapper on a Tuesday night, knocking out burgers for the crew on a Saturday arvo, or having your first proper crack at a steakhouse grade rib fillet, we want to make the tool that helps you nail it.
